Cancellation Policy 

Standard Rate:

Cancellation is free of charge 7 days prior to the date of arrival, after this time we charge you 100% the

room rate as cancellation fee.

As we are a small business, late cancellations and no-shows really affect our business, therefore our cancellation policy is:

14+ days prior to “Check-in” - no cancellation fees apply and a refund of the total amount shall be granted. Within 14 days of arrival - 50% refund of the total amount shall be granted.

 

No shows and cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur 100% charge of the booking. There may be additional applicable charges and taxes.

No Pet Policy

No pets are permitted at Timberline Inn. A $250 cleaning fee and immediate eviction without refund will apply to unauthorized pets.

Service Dog Policy

Guests traveling with a service dog must sign a service animal agreement at check-in and ensure the animal is:

  • Leashed or under control at all times

  • Housebroken and well-behaved

  • Not left unattended unless kenneled

Additional fees may apply for excessive cleaning or disturbances. See full service dog policy in the guest welcome packet or upon request.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect only the personal information necessary to process bookings, communicate with you, and improve your experience. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
